Education System in Germany

Post-study Permit in Germany
The post-study permit is an extension of stay which is granted to an international student after his/her completion of studies in Germany so that they can find suitable employment within the stipulated period. The duration of the post-study work permit is 18 months which commences as soon as a student receives his/her final year result. During this period, a student can explore job opportunities in Germany and also can improve or polish his/her skills required for employment.
Work professionals can apply for the settlement permit after the 2 years of issuance of an EU Blue card.
