Marksheet

A marksheet is an official document issued by an educational institution that shows the detailed marks or grades obtained by a student in each subject for a particular semester or academic year. Unlike an academic transcript, which provides a consolidated view of a student’s entire academic performance, marksheets are typically issued separately for each term or year. 

When applying to universities abroad, students are often required to submit all individual marksheets along with their academic transcript to give a complete picture of their academic history. 

These documents must be clear, officially stamped, and, if not in English, accompanied by certified translations. Marksheets play a vital role in the admission and visa process, as they help foreign institutions evaluate subject-specific performance.
