Myrtle Beach is tackling seasonal housing shortages for international students with a new project on Mr. Joe White Avenue.

✅Four-person rooms with bunk beds.  ✅ Private bathrooms and kitchenettes. ✅Common areas: kitchens, laundry, recreation spaces, and high-speed internet.

✅Fully fenced property. ✅ RFID access control and       24/7 on-site staff.

Prioritizing Safety & Security 

✅Bike paths, public transport, rideshare access. ✅ Central location near attractions like Broadway at the Beach.

Community & Convenience 

✅International students contributed $43.8bn to the US economy (2023-24).  ✅ Supported over 378,000 jobs.
